#metoo and you!

At our event,  we will hear from Tanya van Biesen, the Executive Director of Catalyst Canada, a global nonprofit organization focused on empowering and accelerating women in business.  More recently, Catalyst has been doing work to advance workplace inclusion of LGBTQ employees.  Ms. van Biesen will discuss the implications of #metoo for workplaces; whether there is a different dynamic for sexual harassment in the same sex context; the special role LGBTQ leaders might play to foster inclusive workplaces for women; and the risk of inhibited mentorship of female executives by male executives.
