Are you oppressed?  Are you privileged?  Gain a better understanding of intersectionality and the diverse layers of our community to help you grapple with perspectives you may not experience in your day-to-day work.  Egale's Diversity and Inclusion Workshop will provide exeQutive members with a better lens to understand the complexity of our own oppressed communities.
